Inspection service for E-Up!, E-Golf, and I.D. family
Unlike Diesel and petrol vehicles, electric vehicles don’t need their oil and some other consumable parts changing and this potentially saves you money.
The electric car inspection service includes checking the charging cable (visual condition check), high-voltage battery charge level check and recharge if necessary, high-voltage components and high-voltage cables checked for damage and correct routing/securing of lines, multi point underbody inspection, computer diagnostic check, service indicator reset, service book stamp or update of Digital Service Schedule (if appropriate), screen wash top up with Volkswagen UK supplied fluid, Anti-freeze top up (if necessary), lights checked, pollen filter changed, road test, vacuum interior. We ask that customers ensure the high voltage charging cable is in the vehicle when it is brought in for service.
All services include a complimentary vehicle health check.

Intermediate service, electric cars

We ask that customers ensure the high voltage charging cable is in the vehicle when it is brought in for service. All consumable are Volkswagen Genuine Parts™.

Brake fluid change
Over time moisture gets into your brake fluid making it less effective. However, we’ll be more than happy to change it for you. The brake fluid should be changed when your Volkswagen is three years old, and then every two years after that. We only use Volkswagen Genuine Parts™ brake fluid.

Panoramic roof service
If your Volkswagen has a Panoramic sunroof regular servicing helps to keep it leak free and operating smoothly. Book your Volkswagen in for a sunroof service with us and we’ll clean and lubricate the sunroof guide channels with Volkswagen Genuine Parts™ lubricants, check and clear the sunroof drain pipes, test its operation and check for defects. A Panoramic sunroof service is due every 3 years.

Air Conditioning service / regas (R134a)
Your air conditioning system can lose up to 10 percent of its gas each year. Unless it’s replaced the system will be less able to keep you cool and refreshed. You can get more information about your Volkswagen’s Air Conditioning system here. An Air Conditioning service is due every 2 years.

If your car should require any work done, then we’ll let you know what’s involved and our fully trained technicians will do the necessary work as economically as possible. Of course, our work is guaranteed and we use Volkswagen Genuine Parts™ wherever possible.

Tyres
We can supply and fit tyres for any Volkswagen group vehicle. Our prices are competitive and we can supply most sizes and brands from stock. We also offer a free of charge tyre check. Book your Volkswagen in with us and we’ll check the tyre tread depths, overall condition and whether they are correct for the vehicle.
Fixed price diagnosis or fault code read from £78
You know your Volkswagen best, so if you feel that there may be something wrong with your car, we are here to help. We will investigate any unidentified issues for you, using our wealth of experience and knowledge combined with our advanced diagnostic equipment to identify the cause of your concern.
This is a 60 minute initial fixed-price diagnosis of a fault on your car, covering: a road test or guided fault finding, contacting you to discuss the findings and providing you with a firm quotation for the repair, or advise if extra investigations are needed for complex issues with an estimate for additional diagnosis.
