Extended multi point inspection, Computer diagnostic check (if equipped with OBD), Oil change with Volkswagen UK supplied lubricants, Oil filter change with Genuine VW or Original Equipment Manufacturer filter, Screen wash top up with Genuine VW fluid, Anti-freeze top up, Lights checked, Sump plug or washer replaced, Pollen filter changed (if equipped), Fuel filter changed, Air filter changed, Service indicator reset (if equipped), Service book stamp, road test.
Contact us if your vehicle is on variable interval servicing, or if you would like to change it to variable intervals.
Please note, there is an additional labour charge for fuel filter changes if fitted with dual batteries in the engine bay.

Brake fluid change
Over time moisture gets into your brake fluid making it less effective. However, we’ll be more than happy to change it for you. The brake fluid should be changed when your Volkswagen is three years old, and then every two years after that. We only use Volkswagen Genuine Parts™ brake fluid.

Air Conditioning service / regas (R134a)
Your air conditioning system can lose up to 10 percent of its gas each year. Unless it’s replaced the system will be less able to keep you cool and refreshed. You can get more information about your Volkswagen’s Air Conditioning system here. An Air Conditioning service is due every 2 years.

If your vehicle should require any work done, then we’ll let you know what’s involved and our fully trained technicians will do the necessary work as economically as possible. Of course, our work is guaranteed and we use Volkswagen Genuine Parts™ wherever possible.

Tyres
We can supply and fit tyres for any Volkswagen group vehicle. Our prices are competitive and we can supply most sizes and brands from stock. We also offer a free of charge tyre check. Book your Volkswagen in with us and we’ll check the tyre tread depths, overall condition and whether they are correct for the vehicle.
Fixed price diagnosis or fault code read from £78
You know your Volkswagen best, so if you feel that there may be something wrong with your vehicle, we are here to help. We will investigate any unidentified issues for you, using our wealth of experience and knowledge combined with our advanced diagnostic equipment to identify the cause of your concern.
This is a 60 minute initial fixed-price diagnosis of a fault on your vehicle, covering: a road test or guided fault finding, contacting you to discuss the findings and providing you with a firm quotation for the repair, or advise if extra investigations are needed for complex issues with an estimate for additional diagnosis.
